Cascadia 2008 Registration Fees

It is now regular registration (versus Early Bird) and rates are:

$275 - Mbr (EB $250)
$385 - Non-Mbr (EB $350)
$137 - Student (EB $125)
$275 - Speaker (EB $250)

Exhibitor Registration

Booth Space Only: $625.00 member $875.00 non-member
(includes 6 x10 booth space, sign, pipe and drape, table w/ drape and skirt, garbage can and 2 chairs and listing on website and show program; includes one attendee registration)

Any additional exhibitors wanting to attend the conference, need to register as an attendee.

Guest Registration - $150.00
(includes opening night reception, all meals and gala event; no sessions and pre-conference functions are sold separately)
 
Student Registration - $125.00 must present valid student ID on-site
(includes conference materials, all sessions, breakfast, breaks and lunch both days (Monday & Tuesday); gala and opening night reception not included; pre-conference functions are sold separately)

Speaker Registration - $250.00 member  $350.00 non-member
(includes all sessions and conference functions; pre-conference functions are sold separately) 

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be received in writing prior to February 14, 2008 and are subject to a US $75.00 admin fee. Refunds will be processed 30 days after the conference. There will be no refunds after February 14, 2008 or for no-shows. Attendee substitutions are okay.
