- Recognition on the conference website, if confirmed by Feb 1, 2011 (form returned and paid).

- Scrolling logo banner on conference app throughout the conference.

Bronze Sponsors $1,000 – $2,499 cash or $3,000+ in-kind
- All of the above benefits.
- Inclusion on sponsor recognition signage located in the conference registration area and throughout the conference.
Silver Sponsors – $2,500-$3,999 Cash or $5,000+ in-kind

Gold Sponsor – $4,000-$5,999 Cash or $8,000+ in-kind
