All Sponsors will receive the following:

• Recognition on all printed materials at the conference.
• Recognition on the website, if sponsorship form completed by February 1st
• Inclusion on special sponsor recognition signage showcased at the conference registration table and throughout the conference.
• A verbal and/or visual thank you for your sponsorship during the last lunch of the conference.
  

Platinum Sponsor - $5,000

• Complimentary conference registration for one person.
• Opportunity to address conference attendees for 10 minutes at the opening reception including information table at opening event.
• Exclusive table location at the front of the room with your corporate image and literature (committee advance approval required), choice of guests to invite from the attendee list, customized signage, and thank you from Chapter Presidents for being the 2008 Cascadia Conference Platinum Sponsor at every sit-down meal function.
• Complimentary booth in the Tradeshow for the duration of the Conference.
  

Gold Sponsor - $4,000

• Complimentary conference registration for one person.
• Complimentary booth in the Tradeshow for the duration of the Conference.

Silver Sponsors - $2,500 (Choose 1 of the following)

Bronze Sponsors $1,000 - 1,500
