Hosted Buyer Program

SUNDAY, MARCH 4 - 1:30pm-2:30pm AND

MONDAY, MARCH 5 – 12 Noon-1:30pm

Each hosted buyer agrees to attend a minimum of 4, but up to 8 appointments and each exhibitor will be matched with five prescreened buyers.  Appointments will be scheduled every 10 minutes.

The appointments will take place in a designated area in the expo. The area will be draped off from the rest of the expo and will be set with comfortable seating and refreshments will be available in this area. Each area will be a ‘living room’ set with two chairs around a low table.

There will be a host at the entry to the Hosted Buyer area. The Host will check in the participants and direct them to their table. Each appointment will be 15 minutes in length with a short time to move between appointments.

You will receive a list of appointments, including the name, title and organization on your Conference App device when you register for the conference.

The Cascadia Conference reserves the right to fill a supplier’s appointment with another qualified planner. If the Conference does not provide a planner for a no-show appointment, the supplier will be rebated post-conference the pro-rated amount for each no-show appointment. The pro-rated amount for each appointment will be $70 per appointment missed.

For the supplier, this is a great way to get a return on your investment for this conference by meeting qualified planners for future business.
